We believe in a thoughtful, thorough approach to care. Becoming a patient at Truly Well begins with a deep-dive intake designed to understand your full health story—not just your symptoms.
This isn’t a one-time, quick fix, or one-size-fits-all protocol. It’s a personalized partnership for every stage of life: focused on identifying root causes, restoring balance, and building lasting health through every season—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Don’t see your condition listed? Just reach out—we’re happy to help.
Functional medicine takes time, curiosity, and commitment. Here’s what the process typically looks like:
Your first visit includes a comprehensive, extended consultation to explore your history, symptoms, and goals—so nothing is missed.
Functional lab testing helps uncover what’s happening beneath the surface.
Based on your unique biology, story, and goals, you’ll receive a tailored plan that addresses root causes and guides your path toward whole health, unfolding in manageable stages—one step at a time.
Healing is a journey—and you won’t walk it alone. You’ll receive ongoing check-ins, access to health coaching, and adjustments to your care plan as needed.
Each plan is as unique as the person it’s designed for. Based on your health history, goals, and lab results, Lindsey will create a comprehensive plan to help you move toward whole-body healing.
Food is foundational. You’ll receive nutrition recommendations based on your health needs, lifestyle, and lab markers—not a one-size-fits-all diet.
From sleep routines to daily rhythms, your plan will include practical steps to reduce stress, support energy, and enhance recovery.
When needed, targeted supplements may be used to correct deficiencies, support healing, and restore balance.
We use a combination of standard and advanced functional labs to get a clear picture of what’s happening in your body.
Depending on your needs, your plan may include detox support, nervous system regulation, or other evidence-based therapies.
We support the whole person—not just the body. Healing often involves addressing deeper layers of health.
Ongoing check-ins with Lindsey provide continuity, expert insight, and plan adjustments as needed.
You’ll have access to guidance and resources to help implement changes, build new habits, and stay encouraged along the way.

There’s no quick fix for complex, chronic health issues—and no shortcut to lasting wellness. Healing is a process that unfolds over time, with intentional steps and ongoing support. Functional medicine is collaborative by nature: there’s work I do, work you do, and work we do together.
It takes time to unwind years of symptoms, identify root causes, and build the foundations of whole health. But when we commit to the process—consistently and compassionately—real change becomes possible.
Every day in practice, I see patients recover their health, reclaim their energy, and step into wholeness. Healing is possible.
We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that coverage varies by plan, and we recommend confirming your benefits directly with your insurer.
We offer pay-as-you-go visits and wellness program options. Most patients prefer the simplicity, success and cost savings associated with our programs, while others choose to schedule appointments individually and pay-as-you-go. We do our best to provide options that support your goals and make care as accessible as possible.
Most patients require 4-8 visits per year while working through the initial healing process. Some conditions resolve more quickly, while others (like cognitive decline or complex chronic illness) may require more visits. Your care plan will be tailored to your specific goals, timeline, and health needs. After achieving their goals, most patients choose to continue being seen 2-4 times per year for maintenance support.
We provide secure telehealth visits for patients throughout Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming. Whether you’re local or several hours away, we’re here to support your care journey from wherever you are.
The fixed initial visit fee is visible from our booking page. After that, costs vary depending on the complexity of your case, testing needs, visit frequency, and wellness program options chosen. While we don’t list prices online, we’re happy to provide an overview when you schedule or join an info session.

“At each visit there has been so much time spent thoroughly discussing how I’ve been feeling, what test results have shown, and what we should do to address these things. She also makes sure to explain the why behind everything so you understand the rationale and you’re not just blindly told to do something. I’ve felt truly listened to and cared for.”

“I had labs taken and tests performed that no other practitioner had ever told me about and the wide range of new information that I gained was so informative and illuminating to different things I have going on! It’s such a relief when being diagnosed with autoimmune issues 15 years ago to have the knowledge I have now to finally help heal myself from diet/nutrition.”
